    March 1, 2017. I wish I would have read the reviews. I wouldn't have used him. My tax prep fee went from $187 three years ago under Art Rhoads to over $600 this year. Every year he's made major mistakes with my taxes, and it's because he didn't use the 1099's I gave him, consequently I just got an IRS bill showing almost $2,700 due. The 1099's are even in the binder he sent me, but he didn't add those figures to my income. I'm mad at myself for having him do my taxes. I'm not going to rant anymore, it'll only make me more mad! I wish there was a no star to give!

  • Review of "Learning & Sharing Child Development Center" at New Cumberland

    At first we loved learning and sharing - I guess they try to make a good impression but then we started noticing that our child didn't want to stay in the AM and the classroom was often over capacity. It seemed that the purpose was to make money more than to provide childcare. Rates here are too high to not get significantly better care than at other places. We moved and are much happier.
